SHEET PAN FUNFETTI SNACK CAKE

Macros (1 slice): 148 cals, 12.5P, 18C, 3.5F

Ingredients (makes 12 slices):
160g all-purpose flour
70g PEScience vanilla protein (discount code FIT15)
25g coconut flour
80g monkfruit sweetener
35g fat free vanilla pudding mix
10g baking powder
½ tsp salt
400g nonfat Greek yogurt
3 large eggs
180g egg whites
170g unsweetened applesauce
20g melted coconut oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
60–90ml skim protein milk (as needed)
40g rainbow sprinkles
Bake at 350F for 35 mins and let cool for 30 mins, slice into 12 pieces

SHEET PAN CHOCOLATE SNACK CAKE

Macros (1 slice): 157 cals, 12.5P, 19.5C, 4F

Ingredients (makes 12 slices):
150g all-purpose flour

40g unsweetened cocoa powder

Ingredients (makes 16 pieces – note I’m not sure why I made 16 and not 12):
170g all-purpose flour
75g PEScience vanilla protein
30g powdered peanut butter
120g brown monkfruit
5g baking soda
Pinch salt
70g light margarine
140ml skim protein milk
80g mini chocolate chips
Top with sea salt
Bake 12 mins at 350F and let cool for 10-15 mins

SHEET PAN CINNAMON ROLLS

Macros (1 piece): 132 cals, 10P, 14C, 4F

Ingredients (makes 12 pieces):

Dough
190g all-purpose flour

  1. I heard you're not really supposed to bake or heat margarine because some toxic substances will be produced during that process 🫣 Butter or coconut oil might be better but ofc that will change the macros a bit

  2. I think the most obvious selling point of these videos to me is how much money they save vs buying the crap processed store versions of these, not even a fair fight. U make them fun and easy to replicate & healthy, tough to pull off these days thank u!🙌🙏
