This makes about 10 cups:
1/2 cup roasted hazelnuts (70 g)
12 medjool dates, pitted
4 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
2 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
add a splash of water or milk if needed

Toppings:
3.5 oz. / 100g 80% dark chocolate, melted
Crushed hazelnuts

1. Add the hazelnuts into a blender/food processor and blitz until fine meal
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until the mixture is combined
3. Divide into muffin pan cavities lined with muffin liners
4. Freeze for 1 hour
5. Top with melted dark chocolate and crushed hazelnuts. Let set in the freezer for 5 minutes and enjoy
6. Store in an air-tight container in the fridge or freezer!
