Healthier Dessert Idea: 5-ingredient Reese’s Inspired Ice Cream Pops🤩 These ice cream pops are so creamy and delicious😍

This recipe makes about 8 pops:
1 cup canned coconut milk, the thick part (240 ml)
1/4 cup peanut butter (I used a pb that is 100% made of peanuts)
2 tablespoons maple syrup/honey (or more to taste)

Topping:
100 g / 3.5 oz. 80% dark chocolate
optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil
crushed peanuts

1. In a bowl whisk all the ingredients together
2. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until firm for about 4-5 hours
3. Melt the chocolate (with the coconut oil). Dip the popsicles in the chocolate and sprinkle crushed peanuts on top and enjoy!
4. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer
