5-ingredient Pistachio Popsicles💚 These are easy to make and so delicious🤩 They are creamy and packed with flavor😋

Ingredients for 8 small popsicles:
1 cup full fat Greek yogurt (240 ml / about 250 g)
1/2 cup pistachios, roasted and unsalted (about 85 g)
3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Toppings:
melted white/dark/milk chocolate
crushed pistachios

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Pour into popsicle molds. Let set in the freezer for about 4 hours
3. Top with melted chocolate and crushed pistachios
