All you need is:

White bread – 2 slices
Unsalted butter – 2 – 3 tbsp
Milk – 1 3/4 cup depending on bread size any milk you prefer
Condensed milk – 1 – 2 tbsp

Steps:

Heat up butter in the non-stick pan.
Stove on medium-low heat, place both slices of bread onto a pan
Start to cook on both sides
Pour milk on top of bread.
Pour some condensed milk.
Move bread around in pan with spatula to soak up the milk.
Flip bread once the milk is absorbed, be careful to not break it, it should be golden brown.
Transfer onto a plate and drizzle honey or condensed milk
