White flour 2cups
Whole wheat flour 2cups
White sugar 2tbsp
Dry yeast 2tsp
Salt 1tsp
Water 2+1/4cup
Olive oil 2tbsp
Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 40-45 minutes

Whole wheat flour 150g(1cup)
White flour 150g(1cup)
Salt 3g(1/2tsp)
Instant yeast 3g(1tsp)
Water 240ml
Raisins 30g
Pecans 30g

190 C /375 F bake for 25-30 minutes

Whole wheat flour 300g(2cup)
Salt 3g(1/2tsp)
Active dry yeast 3g(1tsp)
Water 230ml
Olive oil or melted unsalted butter 30g
Raisins & pecans 60g

Honey 2tsp
water 1tsp

180 C /356 F bake for 15-20 minutes

    I've been watching too many of your bread-making videos – no-knead, with yeast, no yeast, eggs, no eggs, and the list goes on!
    The fact that you don't use a mixer is perfect for me because I don't have one. I went to the store especially to get dry yeast and whole wheat flour to try one of your recipes that I've saved. But I still can't bring myself to actually bake one! I still feel intimidated..the first time I attempted to bake bread, I failed miserably! I got the liquid measurements wrong, I ruined the mixture and ended up throwing it away..It was sooo frustrating!
    All your videos are fun to watch, and I find them therapeutic…and I know it's so much more fun to play with dough!! Squishing and sniffing raw dough! Awww what a pleasure. I wanna thank you so much for making these videos, making bread making look so easy, and sharing the written recipes! I have to start! Motivate me 😉

  3. 혹시 헷갈릴 한국인을 위해 댓글 남겨둡니다.
    위에 재료중 흰가루 또는 white all-purpose flour 는 다목적가루 즉 중력분입니다. 변역이 잘못되서
    저처럼 강력분과 헷갈리실분이 계실거 같아 씁니다.
    그리고, 물 1/4컵은 아마도 약60g 인거같은데 물을 추가로 넣기전에
    475g 만으로 동영상의 발효전 반죽의 농도와 비슷하다면 추가하지 않는게 좋을거 같습니다.
    전 추가하니 반죽농도가 동영상과 다르게 너무 묽어졌습니다.
    현재 묽은 채로 발효중이라 어떻게 될지 모르겠지만, 나중에 후기 달겠습니다.
