5 minute breakfast – 5 मिनट में स्कूल लंच बॉक्स में बनाएं चटपटी रेसिपी – veg cheesey pasta

Recipe

Ingredients
Onion / Pyaz – 1/2 Finely chopped
Tricolour Capsicum / Shimla Mirch – 1/2 Cup Finely chopped
Penne Pasta – 2 Cups
Water – As required
Oil – As required
Butter / Makhan – 2 tsp
Salt – As per taste
Mixed Herbs – 1 tsp
Milk – 1/2 Cup
Tomato Ketchup – 2 tbsp
Grated Cheese – As required
Red Chilli Flakes – 1/2 tsp
• tsp = teaspoon
• tbsp = tablespoon
Instructions
1. Boil water in a pan. Add salt, 1 tsp of oil and pasta. Cook it on a medium to high flame for 7 to 8 minutes and then drain the water. Keep it aside.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan. Add butter, onion, and capsicum. Mix well. Add salt and 1/2 tsp of mixed herbs. Mix well.
3. Saute it for 2 to 3 minutes on low flame. Stir it occasionally.
4. Then add milk and tomato ketchup. mix well. Now add grated cheese, 1/2 tsp of mixed herbs, red chilli flakes, and boiled pasta. Mix well.
5. Once done, turn off the flame and garnish it with grated cheese. Take it out on a serving plate.
6. ‘Vegetable Pasta’ is ready to be served.
