  1. You know, there are way too many "top 5" recipes! I really think it should be changed to the "top 20, 30" or even more! Love all your recipes, I'll never live long enough to try them all. 🙂

  2. I always use Munster and mozzarella cheese to make my grilled cheese sandwiches. I grew up brushing grilled cheese sandwiches with butter before cooking them, but now I use olive oil, garlic powder, and salt, mixed together. Delicious.

  3. I just watched a YouTuber use those thick cut fries, that have no coating, as a replacement for potatoes, for mashed potatoes, hash browns, or anything that calls for potatoes. They're just potatoes, thickly cut! She finds them at the Dollar tree, because she does a lot of dollar tree dinners. In fact, that's her YouTube name!

  4. Hey Mandy! Thanks for once again, giving us great choices ❤.
I am going to make the pollo loco. I'm going to add sautéed onions, green and red bell pepper strips. This dish resembles a dish (Alambre) on the menu of my favorite Mexican restaurant. You could also crisp up some bacon and crumble over❤ it's delish🎉

  5. I decided to make the Chicken Bacon Ranch Potato Casserole. I was wanting something easy. I really want to try the Salsa Ranch Chicken Wraps. That's right up my alley when it comes to something tasty, quick and easy. I'd love to do the Chicken Gloria, but I usually buy mushrooms, slice them, and put them in the freezer. The problem with that is, when wanting to use them in a recipe like that, they end up being mushy, limp, dark brown. Not appealing at all. (I mainly use them on pizza and in dishes where they are more of a hidden ingredient.) Thank you for providing such tasty, quick easy meals. I'm glad I found your channel.

  6. I made the chicken bacon ranch after I saw you make it. I had to run to the store for the ranch dressing but I"m sure it's worth the trip. . It's still in the oven but I"m sure it will be good. Hubby is circling the kitchen to see how much longer it is before he gets to eat! I"ve made several of your recipes and they are all good, but this is the first time I've commented, I think! 🙂 Can't wait to try it.

  7. Just wanted to tell you that after all these months I've made the Pollo Loco! I've had the ingredients in my house since soon after I saw this video when it was new. Then I broke my 70 year old leg! Needless to say I wasn't cooking for a while. After my 3rd surgery the end of November 2023 I'm finally almost 100% again and cooking as well as other of my routine things. I absolutely loved this recipe and will make it again and again! Thanks so much for all you do. I never miss a video!ps….I'm also a cat lover. My girl's name is Shirley and she's 5 years old and rules the house! And I'm a southern girl too living in the Piedmont area of NC.
