  1. When you handle the peanut butter balls with the coconut do they kind of melt on your fingers. I made a few keto fat bombs using coconut oil. The chocolate don’t stay firm out of the refridge. Is there a different oil I can use , or butter.

  2. Sounds to me like your Mom was a great cook? My Mom was a Culinary instructor and I grew up cooking since I was 12..actually, I was cooking for all our parties for large amounts of people.. Appetizers and Hor'derves were like our favorite things to make!❤️❤️❤️

  3. One quick question though, with Graham cracker crust, isn't it a good idea to bake it for 5 or ten minutes, just so it sets better? Just curious, I usually buy store bought, but want to make my own! 😉

  4. You are simply astonishing to watch. I think someone brought from the 1950's or '60's. You just amaze me. I was never taught to cook and my mother never wanted us in the kitchen when she cooked. My cooking is extremely basic. I have two daughters. 22 and 21 who cook. The 22yo was accepted to the Culinary Institute of America several years ago. She cooks like you do!! Thank you for the videos. I need them! grin

  5. Made the Oreo cheesecake. It’s good and I am not a cheesecake person. But it didn’t firm up like a regular one and it was in the fridge for like 16 hours. It remained soft. It was good but disappointed that it didn’t keep its shape. I made the eclair one last summer and brought it for a treat for my coworkers. It was a hit! Delicious.

  6. I found this video while looking for a peanut butter, coconut, pecan chocolate balls recipe. I love your videos so I went ahead and watched it & I am glad I did! You always seem so upbeat and you make food fun & happy! I'm going to definitely try some of these recipes now! Thanks! 😁
