TIP: no need to put cooking oil spray on your hands. Instead wipe butter on bottom of any spatula [I use a paper towel to scoop a little butter then wipe it on spatula and re-apply as needed with the same buttered paper towel] to flatten the s'mores layer down so it will not stick. The butter just adds to the flavor.
I also use this buttered spatula method for my rice krispie treats too

I made a pumpkin fluff pie over the Holidays.
1 sm container of cool whip
1 can libby pumpkin pulp
1 sm box of instant vanilla pudding (dry)
1/3 cup of powdered sugar or more to taste
Pumpkin pie spice and cinnamon to taste.
Pour into Graham cracker pie crust
Top with additional whip topping and sprinkle with cinnamon.
My family loved it , because it wasn't as heavy a traditional pumpkin pie.๐
