5 Healthy Smoothies which I have chosen to share are we make these for kids and us. Very healthy and refreshing. The blender we used:

Hello, everyone, we love food is back again with five new refreshing and healthy smoothie recipe

Recipes:

Beet Smoothie :
1 Beetroot
3-4 Strawberry
5gm Ginger
20gm Celery
Handful of Watercress
100ml Water

Very Berry Smoothie :
3 to 4 Strawberry
Handful of Blueberry
Handful of Raspberry
1 Banana
250ml Milk
50gm Yogurt
20gm Almond

Simple Green Smoothie :
1 Kiwi
A hand full of Grapes
1 Avocado
2 Medjool Dates seeded
½ Lime Juice

Spicy Green Smoothie( weight loss smoothies ) :
1/2Avocado
Handful of Spinach
¼ Cucumber
1 Chilli
20 gm Coriander Leaf
½ Lime Juice
10gm Himalayan Salt

Rise And Shine Smoothie :
1/3 Mango
¼ Papaya
1 Banana
10gm Sunflower Seeds
250ml milk

Add all the ingredients to the blender first. Then Blend well. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days. And enjoy. These #smoothies can be served any time whether as a #MealReplacement or refreshment for the month of Ramadan you can drink this smoothie for breaking fast or for sohur.
