I’ve noticed bars in general don’t bother with these key points. And a disturbing trend of poor maintenance and hygiene of draft beer systems. Bad pipes as I call it. I order a bottle or can of beer in these place.
Lan’s amazing! So much great information packed in here!
Great tips as always with Lan.
Great video.
Goddess
Ice witches wet has probably begun melting, where is ice that appears dry and is straight out of the freezer is probably colder.
I don’t even drink but I love when Lam is on!😂 watched the whole thing!

What doesn’t Lan know?
I loved her already, but when she said she would drink beer, well, she just jumped next nevel man.

I don't drink but I clicked anyway for Lan.
Make sure any cherries that are used as garnish are almost black in color (Luxardo maraschinos) NOT the bright red things you put on a banana split. Good lord what a difference.
Lan Lam is the shizzle. Anything she says has been so useful.
Great video 🧐🥃🦃🍁
You voice is soothing
I'd highly recommend the book "Liquid Intelligence" by Dave Arnold. Most of what they are talking about in this video and so much more can be found in that book.
I think Lan is one of the best teachers that I've watched and followed in any domain. The clarity of message and her character is on another level. 1 in a billion.
If you don't like rye, perhaps you just haven't had a good one?
Shes good. I rec she keeping her hair down because her ears are rather large.
Cheers, Lan Lam and ATK. 😊🥂
Not bad not bad.
