Ooh Tahini, I love it 😊😋 It is an essential ingredient in the Palestinian kitchen. It is very healthy and used in many yummy recipes. Other Arabic kitchens uses as well.

Love your recipes! I just have a note to give that every one should be aware of…
When using turmeric, always ALWAYS combine it with some black pepper. They don't have to be even at dose, but it's a bio-chemical reaction issue for our bodies. When using turmeric with some pepper, it releases all these good benefits for our bodies, but if we use it by itself, it becomes toxic and can even damage the liver!

A lot of ingredients I would never have just laying around. Which means I would have to buy a specific ingredient to make the smoothie which in my life it defeats the purpose. Maybe make a smoothie video with more common ingredients
