  1. Thank you for your hard work. I'm a single senior, fighting type 2 diabetes. I love savoury green smoothies. I don't consume many fruit portions. I'm also allergic to bananas. I couldn't find keto recipes, even bread that didn't include eggs or a ton of fat. Now, I'm researching keto vs Vegan. I enjoy low carb plant based meals, I prepare from scratch. I've been subscribed to your channel for years. I started with the few ingredients recipes and the dairy free desserts.

  2. When do you drink a smoothie? Morning? I think for me it would be a perfect lunch 'meal'.. so Time to start freezing my leftover bananas.. I know I shouldn't buy them, they will end up in a, non eaten, banana bread..or the freezer to be left there.. 🙄 but frozen kale is very cheap (€0,45!!) Where I live 🇳🇱 and I still have some frozen berry mix that needs to be eaten! So maybe I will make the last one..but with my meal replacement so it feels like a meal to me..otherwise I can't drink a meal..

  3. You read my mind I swear! I was looking for more Green Smoothies recipes yesterday. I love my greens but throwing them in smoothies or taking super green capsule pills can make a difference compared to the time it takes to cook it in a dish. THANK YOU! ❣️

    Also, if you're not into Soy, Almond, Cashew, or Rice milk. Give Oatmilk a try. I love it.

  4. They look good only I'm allergic to Bananas and have an intolerance to Avocados. I like Kale so would have to do a work around to make that one, well them all. Your recipes are a good base. I don't like spinach it has a strong taste of mud to me no matter how it's cooked/used. I will have a good think about what to use and add them to my Friday shopping list. Thanks Alyssia.
