• 1 cup apple (سیب)
For the banana peach smoothie:
• Half cup yoghurt (دہی)
• 1 cup chilled milk (دودھ)
• 1 cup peach (آڑو)
• 1 cup banana (کیلا)

Recipe: –
Mango Apple smoothie:
1. add milk, yogurt, apple, and mango in a grinder.
2. Blend it completely to make a thick smoothie.
3. Delicious Mango Apple Smoothie is ready.

Peach Banana smoothie:
• In a grinder, add milk, yogurt, peach, and banana.
• Blend it completely to make a thick smoothie.
• Delicious Peach Banana Smoothie is ready.

1) Peach pineapple smoothie:
Ingredients: –
• 1 cup peach (آڑو)
• 1 cup pineapple (اناناس)
• 2 cups ice (برف)

Recipe:
