1 (15oz) can black beans (or cooked beans, 240 g)
6 dates, pitted + soft
½ cup (55 g) cocoa powder
2 cups (480 ml) plant-based milk

Protein Content Total: 51.46 g plant-based protein
240 g black beans = 21.26 g protein
120 g dates = 2.16 g protein
55 g cocoa powder = 11 g protein
480 g soy milk = 17.04 g protein
