Just found out old crock pots from the 70's may contain lead in the glaze that leaks into food. Tossed out my 3 old crocks from used stores and purchasing new. Better safe than sorry!

These look amazing and my family would eat every single one, so I’m gonna try them all. Here is a suggestion on that last sun-dried tomato recipe… Add a tiny jar of capers without the liquid! It takes it over the top.

I've tried many of your slow cooker recipes and I've loved them all. I just received an electric skillet and I'm not sure what to do with it. Any recipes that I've found I can cook in my slow cooker. Do you have any suggestions?
Some people have said slow cooking takes a lot of energy. There are new energy efficient slow cookers.
I like slow cooking. I also have direct solar so this is great for us.
