RECIPES
*Chuck Roast*
3-5lb Chuck Roast
1 tsp per pound of roast
1) Place the chuck roast and salt into a slow cooker set to high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Once the time is up, shred and serve.
*Cheddar Bay Biscuits*
4 Oz Pork Rinds
4 Eggs
2 Oz Cheddar
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Parsley Flakes
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
2 Tbsp Salted Butter
1) Add all of the ingredients (except for the butter) to a food processor and process on low until a dough ball starts to form.
2) Preheat your oven to 350β. While that is preheating, use a cookie scoop and portion out 2 scoops per biscuit. Wet your hands and shape to make smooth.
3) Cook for 10-12 minutes or until firm.
4) Brush with salted butter and serve.
*Salmon and Bacon Swirl*
8 Oz Salmon
4 Strips Bacon
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1) Split your piece of salmon down the length of the entire fish while keeping it completely intact. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Place bacon on the fileted fish, leaving about 1 inch at the end.
2) Roll the salmon up towards the end that was left free. Split in half.
3) Place this into the oven 375β for 8-10 minutes. Remove and enjoy.
*EASY Roasted Chicken*
1 Whole Chicken
1+ tbsp Salt
1) Completely cover the chicken with the salt including the cavity.
2) Cook at 425β for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the breast is 160β. Let rest for 15 minutes before serving.

Love all of your videos. Refreshing to hear you explain as you go. Keep it up! π
These are some great recipes. Thank you!! Just a tip, if you want the cheddar bay "biscuits" to be a little less dense, whip the egg whites before folding in to the remaining ingredients. It adds just enough air to the biscuit to make them a bit less dense while not changing anything about the ingredients.
Sugar free is NOT always sugar free. Read your labels; there is always something in there that they use for a sweetener.
I came across your channel today and I am looking forward to learning more about this diet and a new way of cooking. Thank you.
Great recipes!! Thank you!!
Thank you do much for these recipes.
I have been making Biltong from smoked hams when on sale but never thought about using thin deli meats to make thinner chips. Such a good ideaπ
Biscuits look very yummy too.
That keto recipe at end does look like a great recipe for when I am having guests over. I don't have 30 friends but it would be easy to cut the recipe down.
Thank you very much. I don't comment much but I love your recipes.β€ππ¨π¦
Lunch meat, onions, tomatoes are not carnivore. Will the recipes taste the same without them?
Nice! Thank you!π
Veggies for carnivore recipes?
Iβve never thought about dehydrating lunch meat to make chips! What a great idea. And those biscuits look delicious. Gotta try them. Thank you for sharing your ideas!

Only salt to season the chuck roast? Or was that one of your blends?
Great video! YummA!
Is the sauce against diet since its veggies?
About the onions…if its not against the diet…once the onions start cooking…sprinkle a little baking soda and continue cooking…cooks faster and caramelizes faster without changing taste…
Your dishes are unique and look amazingly delicious β€β€β€
