Peanut Butter Bars:
1 sleeve graham crackers (8 whole)
1 cup peanut butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup chocolate chips
2 Tbsp. peanut butter

Peanut Butter Balls and Peanut Butter Fudge:

Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Balls
1 cup creamy peanut butter
6 oz cream cheese softened
2 cups powdered sugar

Beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and mix on low speed until incorporated before returning to medium-high speed, mixing until fluffy. Refrigerate the filling 1 hour.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Grease your hands with cooking spray. Scoop the mixture using a small cookie scoop and roll it into bite-sized balls. Allow to chill for about 4 hours to firm up. Roll the balls in toppings or coat them in chocolate.

1/2 recipe for store pie crust otherwise use springform pan.
3 (8oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter (not the natural kind)
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sour cream
20 mini Reese’s, chopped
1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
3/4 cup powdered sugar
Chocolate ganache topping
4 oz (2/3 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
5 tbsp heavy whipping cream
15 mini Reese’s, chopped

    That, a liquid measuring cup is the same volume as a dry measuring cup? Yes!
    By volume…a "cup" is a cup. But, "Liquid" glass(Pyrex) is made to accommodate and dispense liquids with less possible spills and a dry measuring cup is made to be easier to level off a dry ingredient such as flour or sugar. 😁👍

  2. Yep, I thought that I was the only one who had dropped the knife and that time it stuck point first in the LINOLEUM, right next to my foot. I thought that instead of having a bag of REESES PEANUT BUTTER CUPS, you could chop the no-bake peanut butter bars to use instead 😜
