That white chicken chili looks amazing!! My husband would freak out if I used that much salt. My mom cooked with a lot of salt too. I had gotten used to it over the years. Hubby thought he was dying first time he ate my mom’s cooking when we were dating. Said she was a good cook but used way too much salt. 😂
So, Tawra, you've learned to love the Instant Pot? More recipes with that tool. Mine has been in the cabinet for years and on the thrift store list of to go's.
I prefer chuck roast in slow cooker, so tender and plenty of broth for brown gravy.
Is your gluten free cookbook recipes from the other 2 cook books, just gluten free or are they different dishes?

I think that paranoia about leaving the stove on has been handed down over the generations from the time when stoves were wood-burning.
The gravy looks so good. How do you resist? We just don’t make it anymore.
You can clean the rim of the Instant Pot with a sponge paint brush.

We heat and cook with natural gas. Right now, electricity is 3X more expensive than gas! So cooking anything with my oven / stove is less expensive (plus it adds heat to the house to keep every thing warm and cozy!)
I got roast on sale at Sam's Club today. I do my roast in the Instant Pot with onion soup mix. I also add onions. Later, I add celery, carrots and potatoes. Pressure cooking the roast makes it fork tender!
I just found your videos. So far, I'm in love. Thanks for the recipes! I'm 67 years old and really need the help. My grandma believed in going out to eat. My mom loved cooking but by the time I came around she was terminally ill. So my cooking is cans & boxes. 😂 My grandson & I have been teaching ourselves to cook. So your video will be a HUGE help!!❤
