    This video didn't even scratch the surface of all of the mentions and accolades Moo's has received in such a short period of time. From the Michelin guide to a James Beard nomination, and so much more. They are absolutely killing it!

    Big thanks to Andrew, Michelle, and the entire team at Moo's I had a great time. I hope I did your amazing story justice.

    WOW! 12 hours of footage and 130 clips condensed into this 17.5 minute video.. This edit was absolutely BRUTAL 😂 I've barely slept over the last 3 weeks. Especially, after making back to back trips at 2 different BBQ joints (Heritage BBQ video coming soon!)

    So please let me know if you guys enjoyed this type of video. It's a ton of work, but super fun to shoot and edit.

    With that said I'll be out for a couple days but will respond to comments on Monday. In the meantime, I'm going to focus my time on my loving and patient family this weekend!

  6. I was introduced to moos at the LA smogasburg and was excited when I learned they opened up a restaurant. Bbq is awesome but man that lime pie is f’ing outstanding. My wife loves the fact that there are so many options for the micheladas at the bar lol

    Great job! Not the typical Ant video! Did you find out how they are able to use their offset smokers in an LA restaurant? I have read that the LA board of health has made it extremely difficult for bbq restaurants to use offset smokers. There was a video in which Jeremy Yoder and Eric (owner of FatStack smokers) were describing this LA problem.

  32. It seems like Texas style BBQ is exploding all over the country right now. I’m from Memphis and I’ve been doing a lot of research on Texas style BBQ lately, mainly because I’ve been very disappointed in our BBQ here. I mean it just downright sucks. Memphis BBQ is going down hill.
