  9. ബ്രോ ഞാൻ ഒരു കാര്യം പറയട്ടെ? ഒന്നു ചെയ്തു നോക്കുമോ? നന്നായി ചൂടായ വെളിച്ചെണ്ണയിൽ ഉലുവ പൊട്ടിച്ചു രണ്ട് കുടം വെളുത്തുള്ളി ഇഞ്ചി നാലു പച്ചമുളക് രണ്ടു തക്കാളി, കറി വേപ്പില ഇവ മൂപ്പിച്ചു അതിൽ അല്പം മല്ലിപ്പൊടി, മഞ്ഞൾ പൊടി മുളക് പൊടി ആവശ്യത്തിന് ചേർത്ത് അല്പംവെള്ളം ഉപ്പ് കുടം പുളി ഇട്ട് മീൻ ഇട്ട് തിളച്ചു വരുമ്പോ ചെറിയ തീയിൽ അല്പം കുറുക്കി എടുത്തോളൂ….. പൊളി ആണ്… ഈ മീൻ അങ്ങനെ വെക്കുമ്പോൾ ആണ് കൂടുതൽ ടേസ്റ്റ് എന്ന് തോന്നിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. കപ്പയുടെ കൂടെ പൊളി കോമ്പോ ആണേ ❤
