😂😂i luv it!! And i am clearly not adding enuff salt!😂😂
This is the worst potluck I've ever been to
I'm the first guy's amount of salt…🤷♀️ My salt tolerance has gotten a bit high over the years, I know I'll pay for it eventually and have to fix it..😕
Nobody:
Americans: paaahsta
It all depends on how much pasta I’m cooking but…it also depends on what dish I’m making…I may not use salt. I might use Garlic salt which is 😋 for pasta salad.
How about ina
Thanks Simon for telling me how much of salt you use
Then you’ll add the pasta water on your sauce = excessively salty dish
😂😂😂😂❤
“salata come il mare or mar Mediterraneo / as salty as the sea” / Mediterranean Sea
Per ricordarci da dove veniamo
I don’t add too much because it makes the pasta too salty in the end. It definitely changes the taste of the pasta and sometimes the pasta is just too damn salty.
I think Mike did a good job!!!❤
That's a fuckton dose of salt
Its actually not necessary at all, and wont be noticeable unless you're using a small amount to add or create a sauce….
Food snob nonsense
I’ve always liked my pasta extra salty anyway. 🧂🧂🧂
I just need to be able to smell it.
Salt also raises the boiling point of water. So, is the salt added to cook the pasta faster and/or for taste? I read that it doesn’t change the boiling point by any significant amount but adds to the flavor and helps reduce stickiness.
these cooks are all idiots they are more concerned with the amount of salt in the water as opposed to the amount of water they are using. Salt should be the last seasoning if you keep layering salt into a dish it is gonna be way way to salty at the end. I do not put any salt in my pasta water I season the pasta not the water that gets dumped down the sink.
The second lady put way too much salt in that amount of water. If you are cooking fresh pasta that only takes a few minutes, it would be fine I guess, but dry pasta would taste way too salty cooked in that water.
Yall put salt in it?
Why don't you guys just boil sea water? That's probably how it tastes with a cup of salt for pasta water.
Jesus Christ loves you he can heal you and set you free his love can fill you more than anybody ever can he died for your sins your forgiven
Bad for your high blood pressure
Take this with a grain of salt: I think in the book fat salt acid fire or whatever it’s called they said Marcella Hazan could smell when there is enough salt in her pasta water
