  1. Your title is about clean food yet you never mention that things like strawberries and spinach must be organic. They are at the top of the list of dirty full of pesticide foods. I follow you but others may not be as knowledgeable as I. I’ve been organic and vegetarian since 1968. I only say this because our food is not safe. Quaker Oats just called back 45 products. Whole Foods called back several items. Publix did too. And all this in the last few weeks. People need to know.

  2. I make smoothies as well. I do not like avocado. But hear how beneficial it is for us. I buy it already cleaned and frozen. And add to my smooties as well. I also keep many kinds of fruit frozen. To change it up. Cherries, Blueberries, Mango, Pineapple, Raspberries. I use almond milk. Add protein. I am allergic to strawberries so I don't use them.

And there are flavored protein powders available. Last one I got was chocolate peanut butter. Yum. Enjoy.

  3. why don't you take that once a month or twice a month and make freezer meals you know stock up on food make all the meals and then you can freeze them and then when you want to make a meal all you have to do is pop it in the oven
