  1. I recommend saving the grease for flavoring rice/tortillas anything when heating cooking up somethin and you want a lil more flavor. frying them with that flavor packed grease would be great! Or throw it away in the trash not in down the drain. Just a suggestion depends on amounts and temp. Too. Recipe looks fantastic! Thanks for sharing!

  3. This looks delicious! Just a question, would you consider saving the fat for cooking other dishes – I'd be curious what it might be used for rather than discarding it? I'm sure it's packed with flavour!
