Today I am making a family favorite pasta dinner. This is chipotle pasta with air fryer Italian chicken. It is easy to make and the spice can be to your preference. This is gonna be good!

INGREDIENTS
1 lb (454 g) Penne pasta (or pasta of choice)
2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
2 Tbsp of adobo sauce
1/2 cup (118 ml) water
1 Tbsp (10 g) chicken bouillon powder
1 Tbsp (14.2 g) unsalted butter
1 small onion
2 to 3 cloves garlic
1 cup (236.5 ml) heavy cream (or Mexican crema)
1/2 cup (90 g) parmesan cheese
garnish with fresh parsley, cracked black pepper, and cheese

I made this tonight and it was absolutely delicious!! My husband loved it too. I just swapped out the Italian dressing for some plain Greek yogurt to help the seasonings adhere, and it worked great. Definitely double the sauce if you give this a try. Adding this to the rotation for sure! ❤

I've never made a recipe using chipotle peppers, so I was a little intimidated. I probably used a whole pepper in this dish. I'll make it again and use 2 or so chipotle peppers. This dish is delicious! Thank you for sharing!

I made this last night it was sooo good
This was really good, and got the husband seal of approval. Only thing is mine came out almost too salty, so I would start with less bouillon powder than recommended and work up from there.
