TODAY’S RECIPE IS Seviyan Roll Recipe | Lachcha Semai Roll Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
Ghee 1 tsp
Sooji 1 tbsp
Roast for 2 mins
Milk 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Milk powder 1/4 cup
Mix well
Keep stirring on medium flame
Thick consistency (cooking time 8-10mins)
Let it cool down
Ghee 1 tsp
Lachcha semai/ pheni 100 gm
Roast for 2 mins
Condensed milk 1/3 cup
Mix well
Milk 1 cup
Cardamom powder pinch of
Keep stirring on medium flame
Mixture separated from the pan
Tight dough
Transfer to a baking paper
Spread evenly
Sooji milk mixture
Roll carefully
Keep it in the fridge for 2 hours

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
