المقادير : نسلق المكرونة فى ماء وملح وملعقة زيت الصوص ~ مكعب زبدة فى طاسة على النار ثم نضيف معلقتين دقيق نقلب حتى يتحمر الدقيق ثم نضيف نصف لتر حليب التوابل ~ ملعقة صغيرة ملح – ورشه فلفل اسود – ومكعب مرقه ونقلب حتى تتماسك ثم نضيف لها نصف كوب جبنة شيدر و جبنه موتزريلا نضيف المكرونة ونقليها ونضعها فى صنية للوجة جبنة شيدر – ورشة بابريكا وندخلها فرن حرارة 200 درجة مدة عشر دقائق
