  1. Very interesting recipe. But i have one question that 2 1/2 tea spoon chilli powder wasn't a bit too much for those days for British people ? They never had red chili powder for their country. And on top green chillies also.😂😂😊

  14. কথায় বলে পুরনো চাল ভাতে বাড়ে, সত্যি তাই। আজ বানিয়েছিলাম ডাকবাংলো চিকেন। এককথায় অসাধারণ হয়েছিল। অনেক অনেক ধন্যবাদ এরকম একটা অনবদ্য রান্না তুলে ধরার জন্য। এগুলো শুধু রান্নাই নয়, এগুলো আমাদের ঐতিহ্য কে বহন করে নিয়ে চলেছে। আর আমাদের ঐতিহ্য কে বাঁচিয়ে রাখার দায়িত্বও যে আমাদেরই।

  23. খুব ভাল লাগল। তবে এর আগে চিকেন বা মটন ডাকবাংলোর যত রেসিপি দেখেছি তাতে মাংসর সঙ্গে গোটা ডিম সেদ্ধ থাকে দেখেছি। সেটা ঝোলে দিয়ে ফোটানো হয় না শুধু পাশে নসিয়ে দেওয়া হয় তা মনে নেই। শুধু ঐ পদটিকে চিনতে সুবিধা হত ডিম দেখে। আপনার রেসিপির সঙ্গে গল্প শুনতে শুনতে মনে হল কোন খানসামা হয়ত ডিম দওত আবার কোন খানসামা হয়তো দিত না, এটাও হতে পারে। আপনার রেসিপিটি ইতিহাসের সঙ্গে অনেক সামঞ্জস্যপূর্ণ। কম সময়ে আর হঠাৎ করে করার মত। এ রেসিপি খেয়েছি। স্বাদ খুব ভাল হয়। তবে তখন জানতাম না যে এটাকেই এই নামে ডাকা হয়। 😀
