I'm sorry but personally I would feel SO SICK after eating something with this much butter AND cream. This is simply too much fat … cream is already extremely fatty, and to add a whole stick of butter in there, too? My stomach would be destroyed, and I'm not even lactose intolerant.

Why put cream on top of butter? You already have the starch from the pasta water and fat from the butter, it makes no sense at all.
