🍳시금치덮밥
🧂 준비 재료 : 시금치 크게 한 줌, 다진 돼지고기 150g, 다진마늘 1스푼,
맛술 1스푼, 간장 1스푼, 굴 소스 1/2~1 스푼, 설탕 1스푼, 기름. 밥. 계란프라이
🍴 만드는 법 :
1. 손질한 시금치는 원하는 크기로 자르고 (2~3등분)
2. 기름을 두른 팬에 다진 돼지고기와 다진마늘 1스푼을 넣고 고슬고슬 볶는다.
3. 그리고 맛술 1스푼, 간장 1스푼, 굴 소스 1/2~1 스푼, 설탕 1스푼을 넣고 볶아주고,
4. 소스가 잘 어우러지면 준비한 시금치를 넣고 시금치 숨이 죽을때까지 볶아준다
5. 밥 위에 만들어둔 돼지고기 시금치 볶음을 올리고, 계란프라이 올려 비벼먹는다
