Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups molasses;
3/4 cup all purpose flour;
2/3 cup cocoa powder;
150g dark chocolate, chopped;
3/4 teaspoons sea salt;
2 large eggs;
30g milk;
1/2 cup butter;
Instruction:
1. Preheat the oven to 170C. Line the 8×8 baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder and salt, sieved.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, butter, molasses;
4. Sprinkle the dry mix over the wet mix and stir until just combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and use a spatula to smooth the top. Bake for 22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with only a few crumbs attached.
6. Cool completely before slicing. In this video, I mixed it with ice cream. Enjoy!
