5-ingredient Healthy Mango Smoothie🤩 This smoothie is super creamy and so delicious😋
• This makes two servings:
1 frozen mango – chopped
1 frozen banana – chopped
1 cup milk of choice
2 tbsps of Greek yogurt
1 tbsps of chia seeds + 1/2 cup milk
1. Soak the chia seeds in the milk for about 20 minutes
2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until creamy
