3️⃣ Air Fryer Hamburgers: Combine 1 lb ground beef, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper. Form 3-4 patties. Preheat 400F/200C for 5 min. Cook 380F/190C for 4-8min. Cooking time depends on thickness of patties. Done when reaches internal temp of 160F/71C.
4️⃣ Air Fryer California Beef Burger Bowl: Combine 1 lb ground beef, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper with 2-4 slices bacon. Cook at 38-F/190C for 7 min, stir halfway. Eat with lettuce, tomato, red onion, avocado, sharp cheddar cheese.

I love your vids… a die hard fan but I am not doing ground beef in the air fryer, adding taco seasoning and then wiping of all that taco seasoning lol
Stop spreading the myth that fat is bad for health. Fat is good, leave it especially if your're on low carbs diet. Carbs will make you fat, not fat.

I know the normal feeling is to get rid of the fat. But the reason grass fed is so much better is the fat.
Grass-fed beef has significantly lower levels of saturated fat compared to grain-fed beef. In fact, the fat content of grass-fed beef can be compared to skinless chicken. Replacing saturated fat in grain-fed beef with the unsaturated fat in grass-fed beef has been proven to reduce your risk of heart diseases.
Fatty animal meat, especially when pasture-raised and grass-fed, offers significant amounts of highly beneficial animal fat called conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). Grass-fed meat and dairy contain 300-500% more CLAs than grain-fed varieties. Studies show that CLA may have powerful anti-cancer properties.
This includes the fat. You are throwing away some of the CLA that you paid for.
Save the fat. Use it to brush the cups. More beef flavor. Keep the CLA.
This is not good if you live in Canada

I am enjoying your air fryer recipes, but haven't been game to open the box of the new one, after past experiences with an air fryer. The recipes need so many additives, most of which we have in Australia, but I found in the past I end up with a dozen or more bottles of herbs and spices in my cupboard which were only used occasionally and had to be thrown away. Is there an alternative which contains spices/herbs etc for occasional users? Best wishes.

Wow, nice! I love air fryers, they are amazing. So much so, I have 3 of 'em lol. After using them for a few years, I do find the smaller ones cook better due to the smaller cooking baskets that seem to get better heat. However, that's just an observation and opinion. I was dreading having to brown some hamburger for dinner since I've never tried cooking it in an air fryer and found your video. Thank you for answering this question. If you haven't tried it, there are some amazing Jerk Chicken and Curry air fryer guides on Youtube. Also, using canned biscuits for beef / fruit pies or pocket pot pies that will blow your mind. Fast, cheap and easy. Thank you again!
