Thank you so much for this video! It helped me to see the steps. I made it this morning for a friend and me and we both like it! The cucumbers balance the taste batter than expected. I also put in a little mayo with garlic (I don't know the name of the sauce in English so I wrote what is made of) and it's still great. 🙂 For 2 sandwiches I used 4 eggs, a little bit to much, I made another sandwich with the leftover. 😅
Why do you have to separate the egg yoke then mixing it??
