300 Kg WHOLE BEEF PICKLE | Indian Kerala Beef Pickle Recipe | Village Cooking



Today we made a spicy Buffalo pickle in our Village . First we brought a whole buffalo . We made it into small pieces after a proper cleaning. Then we marinate the buffalo with spicy masalas and deep fried it in the aromatic coconut oil. Then the preparation of spicy and tasty pickle starts with the traditional method.   1. അവസാനം ഹിന്ദുക്കളുടെ പെടലിക് തന്നെ. ടിപ്പുവിന്റ അടി കൊണ്ട് മതം മാറിയാൽ എന്താ അവന്റെ കൊണം തന്നെ കിട്ടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്.

  2. You should fry all of it in tallow (Beef fat). The nallayennai is just a waste. Plenty of fat in the cow and high temp and good fat also. Also this way of cooking a cow makes no sense. There are parts of a cow that are inherently better eaten as steak like fillet mignon, T bone, rib eye etc etc.
