Mitsuri Pancakes 🥞 from Demon Slayer

Just divide this recipe into three portions. You can also use honey or maple syrup. I didn’t have any on hand, so I made my own sugar syrup instead.

4 cups all purpose flour
120g sugar
3/4 cup (180ml) unsalted butter/oil
3 3/4 cups water
3 eggs

For Syrup:
1 cup water
1 1/2 cup sugar

Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients then rest for 1 hour
2. Boil water, then add the sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves and the mixture becomes clear.
3. In a pan, spread some butter and pour in the pancake batter. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side
4. For plating, stack the pancakes on top of each other, add butter on top, and drizzle with honey, maple syrup, or sugar syrup.
