Great recipe. After you add the pasta and combine with the sauce… For how long did you let it cook?

0:33 Never drain pasta with cold water! Never! It causes all the starch to leave the body and you are left with a tasteless piece of flour. Just drizzle with olive oil and add some salt and pepper. Thatโs it. Nice recipe by the way.
