How to cook Pata tim?
Pork leg braised
Pats tim or Patatim is a Filipino braised pork hock dish slow-cooked until very tender.

Ingredients:
1.3kg Pork Leg
6 cups Water
1 cup Pineapple Juice
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Pepper Corn
3pcs. Bay Leaves
5 Cloves garlic
Onion
3 pcs. Pineapple Sliced
2 tbsp Corn Starch + 100ml water
Cooking oil
Cheery ( decoration)
