  17. Say what you want about him (maybe all, some, or none is true) but he overall is trying to promote a healthier lifestyle (along with his products of course). I will take that over someone telling me Lizzo is beautiful and the picture of health. If his products suck or they’re not what he says they are, that’s fine, don’t buy it then, but his message is clear. Most of the food we consume is poison. MAHA

  19. I didn't know people wash their cheese and I know you have to wash your chicken and if some nasty person tells me " oohhhh you should do that because it will leave bacteria in your kitchen " don't you have to clean the kitchen as well ????

  30. I need to tell you something. I’m a lifelong endometriosis patient and at 61 eating a very strict anti inflammatory diet has helped manage the pain remarkably. I follow you religiously and you have changed my life. I still suffer but it’s much better than a year ago. My gratitude is immense 🎉
