Ingredients

Tenderiser

Beef
1 tsp baking soda
¼ – ½ cup water
1 tbsp soy sauce
pinch of white pepper

Rinse off before use.

Marinade

2 tbsp oyster suace
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp Shoaxing wine
¼ tsp sesame oil
pinch white pepper

This is a minimum marinade – you can add whatever you like.
