Here is the detailed recipe of Petals Samosa
*RECIPE*
1. Make a soft dough using maida,salt,2 tbsp refined oil and water.
2. For potato filling: take 2 boiled potatoes,1 chopped onion, and chopped green chilli, half tbsp salt, and half tbsp garam masala.
3. Make a roti of the dough and spread potato filling on it.
4. Cover with other equal size roti and cut and mould the roti as shown.
6. Deep fry in low to medium flame.
7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
