✔️계량 스푼 사용했어요~ 밥숟가락으로 하실땐 숟가락에 재료 가득 넣고 계량하시면 됩니당
✔️쿠팡에서 닭을 시켰는데 생각보다 작아서 양념이 남았어요~ 큰 닭 한마리나 작은 닭 2마리로 만들어도 괜찮을 것 같아요
✔️포크로 닭 전체를 콕콕 찔러줘야 양념이 속까지 들어가요
💬 만드는 방법
1. 닭 꽁지, 지방, 날개 윗부분 잘라 흐르는 물에 물순 물을제거해 키친타올로 물기를 닦아주세요
2. 지퍼팩에 설탕 2스푼, 간장 2스푼, 돈가스 소스 2스푼, 물엿 2스푼, 고춧가루 1스푼, 전분 1스푼, 간 마늘 1스푼, 고추장 1스푼, 후춧가루 1/4스푼, 생강가루 1/4스푼, 계핏가루 1/4스푼(생략 가능), 오일 2스푼, (1) 손질한 닭 넣고 섞어주세요
3. 최소 3시간 이상에서 하루 숙성 시킨 후 에어프라이어 170도 앞뒤로 15분씩 구워주세요
4. 구울 때 남은 양념 붓으로 발라주세요
