🌟✨ Excited to share my secret to glowing skin, luscious hair, and balanced hormones: my homemade protein powder! 💪💖 Just a spoonful a day of this nutrient-packed blend can help fulfill your daily protein needs while nourishing your body from the inside out!

I crafted this powerhouse mix using 100% natural ingredients like roasted chana, peanuts, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, and oats. Everything is dry roasted and blended on pulse mode to lock in nutrients without generating any oil. The result? A delicious and versatile protein supplement – for every spoon, there is 20-25 % protein – that you can use in smoothies, milk, yogurt etc.

Recipe –
– In a pan, dry roast 1/4 cup roasted chana & 1/4 cup peanuts; and remove into a bowl.
– Now in the same pan, add 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, 1/4 cup sunflower seeds ( can also take 1/4 cup melon seeds), 1/4 cup flax seeds & 1/4 cup chia seeds – Dry roast everything .
– Now add 1/4 cup instant oats; continue to dry roast for 5 minutes.
– Remove seeds and oats into the same bowl where we had taken peanuts and roasted chana.
– Now dry roast 1/4 cup almond and 1/4 cup walnuts at last.
– Mix all the ingredients together and let them cool down.
– Take everything in a blendar jar, and make powder.
– Churn it in a mixer on a pulse mode (so that they don’t release oil) and make powder.
– Now add 1/4 cup milk powder (This step is optional).
– Store this protein powder, in an air tight container – preferably in a fridge.
– You can make smoothie (banana, dates, protein powder, ice cubes & water) as shown in the video; or sprinkle over yogurt or mix with warm/cold milk and have.
– If you like to flavour this milk powder, you can also add elaichi powder or some cocoa powder.

  2. Folks – while this looks good, stay away from it. A lot of these items should be eaten fresh and after soaking overnight. Almod skin should be removed too. This is not protein powder. I made this and it had more fat (healthy though) than protein (you can calculate yourself). In 100gm of this powder, there will be 15-17gm protein and more than 50gm fat. I used it for 2 months (4-5 tsp a day) and ended up with spine infection and hospitalization, possibly due to sudden and high fat intake for long period.
