THIS IS BASICALLY THE SAME RECIPE AS MY ONE FOR CUBE STEAKS, BUT I JUST MADE IT TO TRY OUT THE NEW EDITING PROGRAM. I WANTED TO SEE IF I COULD FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE OR NOT?
I THINK I LIKE IT BETTER THAN THE PROGRAM I WAS USING, JUST TAKES A LITTLE GETTING USED TO…I GUESS?
HERE ARE THE STEPS:
1. SEASON THE CHOPS ON BOTH SIDES, WITH A MIXTURE OF SEASONED SALT,BLACK PEPPER AND GARLIC POWDER….ACCORDING TO YOUR TASTE.
2. HEAT A PAN ON MED/HIGH HEAT AND ADD 1 TABLESPOON EACH OF BUTTER AND VEGETABLE OIL
3. ONCE THE BUTTER IS MELTED, ADD THE CHOPS TO THE PAN….ADD SOME ONION SLICES TOO, IF YOU LIKE.
4.BROWN THE CHOPS ON BOTH SIDES…JUST A FEW MINUTES PER SIDE
5. AFTER THEY ARE BROWNED, ADD 1/2 – 3/4 CUP OF WATER….ONCE THE WATER STARTS TO BOIL, REDUCE THE HEAT TO A SIMMER AND COVER THE PAN.
6. CONTINUE TO SIMMER UNTIL TENDER, 15-30 MINUTES IS ABOUT AVERAGE.
7. SERVE AND ENJOY!

30 min. seems like a long time for thin chops. But I'll give it a try.
One of the best cooking videos on YouTube!!…
Literally doing this right now thank you!
This video has been helpful I refer when I prepare pork chops.
So good good thanks for the recipe 🙏
How long do you cook on each side?
Thank you for making the video though I wasn't able to read through it my ability to read is not as easy at 56 while my hearing work too bad there was no dialogue so I ended up not doing anything but go ahead and made it way I always make it I'm I got no benefit what a drag
I followed the method in the video, but sadly the pork chops turned out chewy, not tender.
I'm ready to give up on ever making pork chops.
Ima try this out and see if it makes it dry or tender
Just used this method it came out great. ❤️ thank you for the video
Hey bro, wendy is blocked from bulldogs channel, she accused me, fart and skull of "full on" bullying her in the channel, you know me that goes against everything i stand for. She continuously went on peoples panels telling everyone the same thing. She was never bullied anywhere, the streams and chats are still up, if anything it was the opposite. This has nothing to do with sticking up for Brandon, this is a totally separate thing, 2 of the mods left and wendy bought up the fact that one of them has a child etc, it just got too much i found myself having to screen record everything to cover my back. With all the BS she was saying we had to protect the members from more accusations. Wendy blocked us all on her channel previously telling everyone she had blocked us, then when someone asked her about it she said she dosnt know how to block so its not true..I have covid right now and im not going to get into a debate with her because i will end up saying something nasty.
I am going to try this tonight as I got thin pork chops and they are usually tough by just frying them. I will try this out tonight!! Looked sooo easy!! Thank you!!
I never seen chops like that i prefer color to it it looks pink😞😯😯😳
Mettete i testi anche in italiano
Thanks! Easy!!!!
Thank you! I didn't know how I should treat a thinly sliced chop differently!
Here in the future. 2022. You made happy in our bodies.
My thin pork chops dried out :((
I think that I will try this one tonight.
I'm curious as to why you add the water. I'd that necessary, or is that just a different style of cooking it. Does it make it taste better. Do you have to add the water? I like my meat well done with caramelization and some crispyness
So wait how long are you supposed to cook the pork chops on each side??
No flour?
It though it would cook faster than 30 min lol but I am sure it'll come out great since its cooking so slow i want to have them with some asparagus and rice
Thanks
Don’t eat pork. It’s not kosher!
Mannnnn hell naw!!
Thanks for this! I’m a terrible cook but this video helped me a lot. Kids love it so I guess I’m getting better!
What should the heat be on? Great video btw!
This is how i cook my pork chops now, big hit with the kids. Thank you.
Ah, the traveling endless summer miles in the trusty Chevy Brookwood, stopping at HOJO's, Dad hollering, "Don't go in there and try to take the place over"!, opening of the door, the cool air conditioning hitting you in the face along with a wisp of ciggarette smoke, sitting at the counter ordering nice bowl of orange sherbert. Good Times!
Thanks for sharing! 👍
Thanks for the recipe bro! Real simple and basic! And the outcome DELICIOUS!!!
Hey 2020 comment here lol i just found this video through google searching and this was super helpful! Thank you. I never thought of using water for pork chops
Will try it for NYE. Ty
Looks yummu! The amount of water in the pan is just enough to make a good sauce.
