Macros Recipe (2-3 Servings): 372 Cal, 29C, 10F, 47P
Ingredients:
– 1 small Onion
– 2 cloves of garlic
– 100g carrot
– 100g celery
– 200g extra lean ground meat
– 4 tbsp tomato puree
– 400g broth (Vegetable or chicken, beef broth)

  1. I'd for sure recommend wine for a lot of flavor for practically no calories IF you cook it for a long time. For example, if cooked in a closed dutch oven for > 2 hours then over 95% of the alcohol is gone, IIRC. So let's say for 6-7 portions (1kg mince for me) you add 150ml red wine, and it's 13% alc, then this means you've got 19.5×7 which is 136,5, so times that by 0.05 and you've got less than 7 calories in total, for all these portions. For the amount of flavor it adds it's insane how little it adds calorically 🙂 I use wine a lot in cooking even though I don't drink at all. Just beware that it takes a long time to actually burn it off, you can't just do it in 3 mins.

    Wenn Nudeln, dann versuch mal Vollkorn Nudeln. Die Kalorien sind ein bisschen weniger bei den Vollkornnudeln (z.B. Barilla Nr.5: normale Nudeln: 359 kcal, Vollkorn 347 kcal). Aber durch die Ballaststoffe quellen die Vollkornnudeln mehr auf und machen so länger satt.
