Chocolate Protein Pudding Packs 38g Protein with only 425 Calories. (Legions Cookies and cream protein is awesome for this recipe) Ingredients:

1/4 cup almond milk
1 frozen banana
1 scoop protein powder(I use legions cookies and cream link in bio)
1 tbsp powdered peanut butter (optional)
1 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder
1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tbsp Greek yogurt (optional)
2 Oreos (for topping)
Instructions:

Prepare Ingredients:

Gather all the ingredients listed above.
Blend Ingredients:

In a blender, combine the almond milk, frozen banana, protein powder, powdered peanut butter (if using), cacao/cocoa powder, chia seeds (if using), and Greek yogurt (if using).
Blend until smooth and well combined. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk to achieve your desired consistency.
Serve:

Pour the smoothie mixture into a serving glass or bowl.
Top with Oreos:

Crush the Oreos into small pieces.
Sprinkle the crushed Oreos on top of the smoothie mixture for added texture and flavor.
