Mr. Tila bringing all the heat and really has transitioned beautifully to the YouTube space. He needs his own channel.
Excellent show. Jet Tila seems like one of the most down to earth hosts on the food network. He's not fake like a handful of them. He's a real chef, unlike Guy Fiero.
Love your videos and easy recipes that are delicious. Miss seeing some new videos with more of your expertise and good food.😊
Oh my gosh, I'll bet those dried chilis taste amazing!!!

Thank you for these delicious recipes. We love lumping and glad for that one. The fried rice surprised me the most. I make fried rice all the time and the Asian side of the family likes it better than their own. I would miss the garlic and bean sprouts and even though I use dark soy it doesn't come out dark. Thank God you didn't add peas and carrots I really really hate any fried rice with that in. I was raised in Chicago where they have the best food and no Asian restaurant does that and I think it's a sin. My next door neighbors are Filipino and they bring food over all the time. Now I will make something for them. ❤
Thanks for showing us how to make these. I plan to make some of these, but right now, I'm trying to figure out Bourbon Chicken.
Using fried rice as regular rice is an abomination that i blame the US for. Fried rice is a dish all by itself. It isn't supposed to have all kinds of other crap added on top. It's like saying "i'll have the lasagna, served over spaghetti bolognese." It just doesn't make sense.
I've toured US warships. And you want Filipino mess specialists. They can take the crappiest ingredients and make a very tasty dish from it. Trust me, you can tell.
I've eaten adobo pizza, for example. Which sounds odd, and it was, but it was GOOD! The crust wasn't very good, but the toppings, wow. Given what the cooks had to start with, it was a masterpiece. I still remember that pizza to this day, and that was 25+ years ago.
If i was the chef in charge of a kitchen, somebody would be frying up hush puppies. That is MY chefs privilege. Love hush puppies. Maybe some burnt ends to mix it up.
My brother from another mother. ^-^
Yeah 👍. Fantastic recipes.
Mr. Tila. This was beautiful, informative and entertaining. Thank you for sharing your skills.
