・牛バラ肉200g
・ごぼう1/2本
・アク抜き不要こんにゃく100g
⚫︎調味料
・水100ml
・砂糖大さじ1.5
・酒大さじ1.5
・みりん大さじ2
・醤油大さじ2
・生姜チューブ5cm
牛肉にキッチンバサミ使ってたり、アク抜きの要らないこんにゃくを手でちぎってたり、調理工程の中で面倒くささをちょこちょこ省いてるの好き。
