  1. No idea when this was shot, but Snow??
In the UK they are not called Biscuits but are known as Scones. Otherwise totally the same. Also in a separate video your were talking about frying rice them boiling it then cooling it. That sequence not only changes how it feels it also changes the carbohydrates making it better for someone following a low carb diet. The rices sugars become less availble but more available to your gut biome. Which in turn makes short chain fatty acids called ¿butyl? In the same way Cows ferment grass to make the same fatty acids that their bodies grow on. But unless they are being kept in a stockade, there feaces and urine help heal the soil increasing its carbon level and the amount of water it can carry. If the farmer is mob grazing their cattle it's likely they are following behind with chickens who then root through the cow feaces looking for fly larvae to eat, widely distributing the feaces across the land for easy absorption. Also btw that's why it's important to protect your feet when walking across fields in active use by Ruminants and Chickens. Any cut can be very easily infected leading Cellulitis & if your unlucky Sepsis. So always at least wear socks or clean your feet
So endeth the lesson. Thanks for reading

  2. Julia I m on your wavelength. Recently made a batch of buttermilk biscuits with the fresh rosemary, but with sundried tomato not olive. I have gluten intolerance and need to stay low carb. Highly recommend the almond flour blend from Victoria's Keto Kitchen channel if you're like me. Makes a great scone, biscuit, and popover. You need to double the baking powder to 2tsp/cup of flour.

  3. I have been cooking for MANY years and never thought about cutting baby potatoes lengthwise to achieve an even size. Only one cut needed instead off the tedium of trying to make a bunch of equal sized cubes! Love this!
